Capitol Building & Electrical Services is a family run General Building Contractor with over 15 years experience.  In this time we have been providing responsive repairs and a preventative maintenance service to the factored homeowners of Glasgow Housing Association and their predecessors Glasgow City Council. 

We have experience in completing internal and external repairs to private homes ranging from replacement kitchen and bathrooms, full or partial house rewires,  roof repairs/renewals; no job is to small.  As well as this work we have successfully completed numerous house extensions, loft conversion and errection of external gararages and out houses. The beauty of employing our family firm is we will provide a one stop shop and can arrange for all professional services such as architects and warrants to be completed as part of our service.

As well as private homes we have a number of coporate clients who we provide a Facility Management Service to their business premises.
